Just a few notes...
The first step in ordering a custom cake order is to fill out the form with as much information as possible. A manager will be in contact within 24-48 hours via email.
Please allow at least 5-7 business days notice for basic cakes with inscriptions or printed images, more complex cakes such as 3D designs, figurines, cut-out shapes, tiered styles, specialty flavors, etc. will require at least a 10-14 business days notice.

We must be notified of cancellations or rescheduling at least 4 days prior to pickup or delivery. There is a minimum 20% cancellation fee, as well as a no return policy on custom orders.
Please be aware that heavily dyed buttercream frosted cakes will stain mouths, teeth, and cloths. To avoid this, we recommend lighter colors for buttercream or upgrading to fondant frosting for darker colors.
